We are confident you will enjoy living in this Southern Management Community.

If, during the first thirty days of your residency at a Southern Management community, your expectations are not met, simply provide us with written notice as to why you are leaving, the day you will be vacating and return your keys.

You will only be responsible for rent through the day you return your keys and for any damages that may have occurred during your residency.

Maintenance Guarantee*
We guarantee that all maintenance service requests will be responded to within the next business day, Monday through Friday during normal business hours. You will be paid one day of rent for each day you do not receive a response to your maintenance service request.
