30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If your expectations haven’t been met, you may end your lease without penalty during the first 30 days of your initial residency with Southern Management. To do so, simply provide written notice explaining why you’ve decided to leave, along with the date you plan to vacate your apartment and return your keys to the Resident Services Center. You will only be responsible for rent and utilities through the day you return your keys and any damage that occurred during your stay.
