(January 14th, 2019) – Due to the financial hardships imposed by the government shutdown, Southern Management Corporation is offering its residents affected by the shutdown a modified payment schedule for their monthly apartment home rent obligations. Southern is taking this proactive, customer-friendly approach to provide some much needed temporary relief to those furloughed government employees who have been adversely financially impacted by the shutdown.
