Unapologetically Baltimore

#UnapologeticallyBaltimore

We know Baltimore well. We’re old friends.
We’ve been through a lot together.

And we stand with all who show pride and do good in our city… and there are a lot of us. We choose to give back to a city that has given us much. We choose to make a difference, rather than apologize for arbitrary and unfair perceptions.

What I like best in Baltimore is the people, the neighborhoods and what goes on in the neighborhoods. Each has its own stories, own diners and own quirks. It’s about community. I also like everything Old Bay.

CELEBRATING BALTIMORE

At Southern Management, we believe in fostering good communities, creating positive environments and giving back to make Baltimore an even better place to live, work and play. We nurture positivity and seek out ways to celebrate Baltimore’s rich history and unique culture. These communities, our communities, are the places you want to call home.

Every day we meet people who want to live in Southern Management’s Baltimore apartment homes, because they enjoy living downtown, in good communities, surrounded by great people. That’s the Baltimore Southern Management knows.

RICH HISTORY

There are countless interesting, historical facts about Baltimore, but one of our favorites is that Francis Scott Key wrote the National Anthem in the city, while watching the bombardment of Fort McHenry during the War of 1812. This is probably the single-most historically significant song ever written in our country, and it was written in Baltimore about an event that took place in Baltimore.

CLASSIC ARCHITECTURE

We may be a little biased, but we LOVE the original architecture of the buildings in downtown Baltimore. Ornate design elements in its buildings, homes, monuments and landmarks help tell the story of Baltimore and its many neighborhoods. Southern Management has completed historic renovations of 3 landmark buildings in downtown Baltimore, our way of helping to preserve that architecture and the history it represents.

ECLECTIC NEIGHBORHOODS

One of the greatest attributes of Baltimore has to be its unique and interesting neighborhoods. Baltimore is a city of more than 220 neighborhoods and each one has its own style and personality. Based on the vibe and character of the area, you might think Hamden, Federal Hill and Mount Vernon were in different cities. But they’re all right here in Baltimore – each with its own uncommon charm.
